Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unused and unopened products for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lixfield.com.
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions stated above. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Process
To receive a refund you have to contact us by email at info@lixfield.com and provide us the reason for return along with your order number.
Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is eligible we'll provide you with a free return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lixfield.com and we will send you a return label.
Shipping
To return your product, please email us at info@lixfield.com and request a return label.
We cover return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
